Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Karyago website, landing pages, waitlists, forms, communications, and future digital products or services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. About Karyago
Karyago Private Limited (“Karyago”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is building a managed labor infrastructure platform for India’s blue-collar workforce, starting with construction.
At this time, parts of the Platform may be informational only, in development, available for waitlist or pilot applications, restricted to early access, or not yet generally available. Nothing on the website should be interpreted as a guarantee of current live service availability unless expressly stated.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Platform only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law, the information you provide is accurate and not misleading, and you use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
3. No Guaranteed Service Availability
Karyago is currently in a pre-launch / pre-pilot / early access stage for certain offerings. Accordingly: submitting a form does not guarantee onboarding, joining a waitlist does not guarantee access, and requesting pilot access does not guarantee acceptance. Service timelines, features, coverage areas, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
4. Informational Content Only
Unless expressly stated otherwise, website content is provided for general informational purposes only. Descriptions of features, workflows, product capabilities, dispatch logic, onboarding systems, trust & safety layers, pricing models, or operational mechanisms may describe planned, pilot-stage, or concept-stage features.
5. No Employment Relationship
Use of the landing page, waitlist, forms, or informational materials does not create an employment relationship, a contractor relationship, a labor supply agreement, a staffing agreement, a dispatch commitment, or a guarantee of work allocation. Any actual service relationship will be governed by separate specific agreements when launched.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including brand names, logos, text, designs, graphics, layouts, UI concepts, and software concepts are owned by or licensed to Karyago. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer Platform content without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KARYAGO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES. Karyago shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Goa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
