About Us

We're building the
operating system
for India's labor economy.

70 million unorganised construction workers. $1.4 trillion market by 2030. ₹4,800 crore in daily wage turnover. Less than 1% digitized. Karyago is the managed dispatch platform designed to replace the broken naka system with technology, transparency, and trust.

70M

Unorganised Construction Workers

Out of 520M total informal workers — the largest blue-collar sector, completely untouched by tech.

$1.4T

Construction Market by 2030

Less than 1% digitized. No incumbent at scale.

₹4,800Cr

Daily Wage Turnover

Flowing through 3,00,000 nakas every day — in cash, untracked, uninsured.

The Problem

India's construction runs on a system from the 1800s.

Every morning, millions of workers stand at “nakas” (crossroads) hoping to be picked up by contractors. No verification, no fair pricing, no safety net, no career path. Contractors waste hours negotiating at these nodes, never knowing if workers are skilled, reliable, or even available tomorrow. Both sides lose.

Our Solution

Karyago: Managed smart dispatch for blue-collar labor.

We've built a full-stack managed dispatch platform — four purpose-built surfaces (employer app, worker app, hub management app, admin dashboard), a real-time matching engine, merit scoring, KYC verification, GPS tracking, digital attendance, and direct bank payouts. Not a job board. Not a marketplace. A facilitator-led managed booking + dispatch engine. Now we're preparing to take it live.

What drives every decision we make

Our principles are non-negotiable. They shape how we build, who we hire, and how we treat every stakeholder.

verified

Trust is Non-Negotiable

Every worker on our platform will be KYC-verified, merit-scored, and GPS-tracked. We don't cut corners on safety — ever.

speed

Speed Over Bureaucracy

Targeting job post to worker dispatch in under 2 hours. We're building fast because construction doesn't wait for anyone.

Data-Driven Dispatch

Our matching algorithm will consider skills, proximity, merit score, availability, and past performance — not contacts.
